The KATS School Award.

We have performed all of our annual pantomimes in the auditorium of the Kennett High School. In recognition of the importance of the Kennett High School and many of its staff, students and parents to the success of our pantomimes, we offer an annual Kennett Amateur Theatrical Society Award to a graduating KHS senior who has contributed to the performing arts. We recognize contributions in all areas of the performing arts, including: acting, directing, light, sound, stage management, costumes, props, program design, set design and construction, stage crew and administration. KATS leaves the selection of the awardee to the Kennett High School. We never know who has been granted the award until we see the name in the KHS Graduation Program! Previous awardees include Ray Walling (2002), Kristen Sell (2003). Alex Tatum (2004), Heather Cotignola (2005) and Steven Finn (2006), Kristen Hodges (2007).
